Aww, how sweet it is now... but I'll admit. Considering our previous 3 deflating losses and the way that Arizona won, in convincing fashion. I was a little nervous. (emphasis in "little" nervous). I also thought that the 3 losses were the result of conservative and uninspired play with the division locked down.... but I was just worried at what type of motivational swing they'd have to overcome to keep up with a flaming Cardinals team. Ahh the memories..... and of course, all said and done, I wondered how I could have ever doubted
Oh, and I've got a lot of respect for Kurt Warner (and the Cards for that matter), by the end of the massacre, I was actually feeling sorry for him. He just got plain abused. |

Hmmmm, we got a dang fine punter and deep kicker, we lose two rookies on IR immediately, and our #1 pick held out of camp so long he never got into the teams rhythm. Sound about right?
