Yeah cheater. I know this english thing is new to you, so I'll explain what cheater means. He got busted for taking banned substances. Not adderal like Hartley did, but STEROIDS. That's cheating. He got a 4-game suspension for it.

This guy is not worth the trouble. When he was juicing he was a sack machine, he had 17 the year he got busted. Since then, with no steroids, he had 12.5 in 2007, 0 in 2008, and 4 in 2009.

He also has a slew of injury problems over the last few years and his production has plummeted.

Add on top of that his off the field issues, and I don't know what we're thinking. If we're going to give up Brown, why don't we make it for a guy who isn't a cheater, isn't hurt, and doesn't have distractions?

... as for "cheating" (a word that popped into the conversation during Baseball's version of the Red Scare), Football is a violent game. People get hurt when they play the game. I find it hypocritical to ask these men to go out and run faster, hit harder, etc. and not allow them to use whatever they need to heal or to give them the strength to withstand the punishment the game doles out.

You may think the average NFL player is "clean", and all that strength and speed comes natural, but the reality is different. There's more to using steroids and other substances than just growing muscles.

But if you want to go the Baseball route and describe them as cheaters, be my guest. I'm old now, but being that I've played contact/violent sports since I was 6 years old, I have a very different perspective on using pharmaceuticals to heal the body and to help the body withstand the punishment people demand to see and cheer for.
