The problem with Jamarcus is he's overpaid severly. He has not earned one cent of the money Oakland is paying him. I think NFL Network was saying he gets paid almost $30mil to be terrible, therefore, he has no motivation to strive to be better.

Russell ought to sue his agent for having him hold out for half his first season. He's probably not a Rhode's scholar and could have used some coachin/more playing time.
