They were saying earlier that Loomis would be the one in the most hot water because he wanted to change the books to hide it...man i hope this is not true,,but i would rather Loomis than Payton..lol..this just sucks all the way around...

Well there is wanting to change the books and actually changing the books. Proving that would be a very hard thing to do. I think Vitt gets hit when all of this is said and done. Payton and Loomis are free and this extortionist gets jail time.

It would be a financial fine at best. He can't suspend Loomis from being GM and he can't suspend the coach from coaching the team on this crap evidence.

I think Santini Screwed him self by trying to get a payday then releasing the information.
