A state judge in Minnesota ruled Thursday that the NFL can suspend two Vikings players, and by extension the decision affects New Orleans Saints defensive end Will Smith.
All three were among a group of five players suspended for four games after they tested positive in 2008 for bumetanide, a banned substance the players insist they inadvertently consumed through StarCaps, an over-the-counter weight loss product. sooner or later they're going to have to be suspended. I'm sure they want to wait until next season when Brett really won't be back because he'll be in a freaking wheelchair.

that will lead to more suspensions and more appeals. because it will be farve with the violations of using a motorized scooter instead of the traditional/ legal mechanical chair. LOL
