Yes. And it goes by rounds. So, any team that drafts a player in any round of the supplemental draft, loses its pick in that round of the regular draft. Of course, the supplemental draft is "voluntary", no team has to draft any player(s).

There have been some good players taken in the supplemental draft. Not necessarily a lot of them though. It is still a crap shoot, but our scouting department is the best in the business. Our talent evaluators know a thing or two and if we pick someone it will most likely pay off. I'm a believer in our scouts and FO.
