this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; usama young looked lost? are we basing this off one play in the super bowl where he got beat at corner by peyton manning? or are we basing it off more than that?......i dont remember a lot of hating on ...

Not just on that one play Canton. It was the other times that he was inserted in the line up throughout the season. I've been a fan of his, but less and less each year. I just don't see him being the answer at safety if need be. Now I'll give you credit.........you certainly have a good eye for details. But I'm becoming disappointed because I had such high hopes for him.

Agreed. From what I've seen it certainly looks like he'd be a better fit at FS, especially given his tackling ability. None of us have seen enough of him at FS to judge, especially since it was his 1st season.
He's a very good ST'er, so he may make it on that alone. I still have high hopes for him at FS. |
