excelerative speed is whats it called. hard to defend. he'll be there till the last cuts. then there are no promises for him. they may still take roby even if he has a spectaculer camp, practice squad posibility. looking at the attendence in some of the games its not much of a football leaque.

Speaking of beer run's, what ever happened to "the beer man"? I don't think he's playing anymore, but always wondered what he's doing now...

I once knew a girl with the last name of Beavers. She was the girlfriend of the coach's son...who was our shortstop in Dixie Sr. League baseball. Seems she had been "eyeballing" me while going to the games to watch her supposed boyfriend. Man...that girl brings back memories.

I remember she had a problem saying some words...kinda like a kink in her brain. I had to teach her how to say, "mayonaise". "Say man...then A's...man...A's."

I remember one day way back in 1970 or so, a couple of friends of mine and me were over at my house shortly after one of the Saints' games one
Sunday afternoon talking to my Dad about the game. This chick calls me and I can tell she's stinking drunk. She wants me to come pick her up. I was with my friend, and if any of you have read most of my stories you would realize that I have written stories with this dude in them before...but anyway...he's got this little yellow VW beetle and he and the other guy pile into the front seat and I get into the back and we go and pick-up Miss Beavers. Like I said before...she was three sheets to the wind. The thing that was so funny...and I'll leave the ending for another day...was that she came to the door and had 19 golf balls that she was trying to keep in her hands. Obviously, with 19 she was having a little problems. I'm telling you...the girl was a little nuts but was a great time.

The last story regarding her was the time we went out on a date after having been mad at each other for an extended period of time. We were having a great time that night. We went out to one of her friends' house after seeing her and her boyfriend in a club, and we had a couple of drinks among other things.

We went down to one of the local bridges after that and parked underneath. It was around 1 am when I parked, and me and Miss Beavers got into the back seat. The next thing I remember was waking up around 3 am and wondering what in the hell happened. She had passed out also, and to this day I don't know what happened, but I suspect someone put something in our drink. I never found out.

I understand on the competition aspect, But i watch film on the player to see what they play like stats can be inflated but the film doesnt lie. I haven't seen or searched his "40 times" but on film i can tell u he's a high 4.2 low 4.3 guy, He's quick and agile yes competition in the NFL is different from playing at wes but if he went to a D1 BCS school he'd still get his sh__ off, like i said speed kills and he's just torchin them.
