btw, seriously, Stinch was walking around at Reliant Saturday for a promotion, and he didnt say anything about being hurt. He was being interviewed, and chatting with the Lame Houston sportsradio dudes. They desperately need an "Hebert."

Sports hernias are rather annoying injuries for lineman(both defense and offense) because they tend to get a lot of their push from there core. That being said, it's only May, he has plenty of time to recover from surgery and possibly be 100% by the time we start playing games. Only fear is if recovery doesn't go right and it lingers. Last year with Jammal Brown, I don't think he'd went to the IR if we didn't need to sign people in other areas effected by injury; it was sort of a hand we were forced into and they did what they thought was best for winning games.
