I have been the quiet guy for awhile now letting the Saints afford me the luxury of loking like a football genius, unlike Rush Limbaugh. B&B, you have really been keeping the sense of humor legacy alive..............some of theose photos LMAO. WhoDat we were heavily criticized in the preseason, in a sick sort of way, it feels kinda good. I wish we were winning, but the fans are breaking out the bags again. Tweeky, dude all was well, man this is it, I can appreciate your fight to the end attitude, but realism kicks in at some point. Gator, you have had some great posts. And Billy, well a big teehee to you. go nuzzle AB's bosom and you guys discuss how all will be ok and confirm what a great leader he is. The man was smiling and laughing on TV in the 4th after Bouman was put in, I did not see anything to smile or laugh about. Part of taking preseason criticizm is being able to dish it out when all of your greatest fears have come true. Without a doubt Conwell was the best move made. Was Sullivan impressive when not hurt? We had one thing going for us coming into the season and that was the ability to score 30 points per game. That is gone, now what? I hope we can salvage a decent season to keep the fans somewhat imterested but , My preseaon scolding for a 9-7 record was now not deserved and I waffled, at first it was 8-8. The Saints have a crisis, the D is what it is ,no excuse, yes injuries are bad, but our offense should be doing MORE than it's fair share to pick up the slack from their misfortune. Remember being a cynic and a realist are two different things. The player who execute should play, unless of course in the cae of D when there is nobody left you do as you can. I would love to see Brooks perform, if he can't Bouman gets the nod.

Right on, man. The point is not whether or not Bouman is the best player, at this stage. Our offense is stagnant right now and a change is needed if not only to give Brooks some time to sit on the bench and see things from a different prospective. He NEVER won the job here he was handed it. He never beat Blake out, Haslett handed him the job. Maybe a little humility is what Brooks needs right now. Bouman coming in and moving this team, may just be the wake up call that Brooks needs.

Been wondering where you and D_it_up have been. Good to see that you\'re lurking, even though you\'re not posting as much.
