Re: Greer and Porter getting better and better!
I thought our coverage couldn't get any worse than Fred Thomas...then they brought in Jason David. Just think, JD was our lead picker...how bad was that? Not very long ago DB's were at the top of our wish list. Dreams do come true.

He was? I thought he underachieved for the SaintsCertainly go with the 1st 2. Very disappointed when Toi Cook went to 49ers.

Not at cornerback, but Sammy Knight was fun to watch at safety.

Re: Greer and Porter getting better and better!
The Saints took a long time to build this position to where it is today. Just think about how long this has been a work in progress, and now finally. I do believe the Saints have the best secondary in the NFL, when they are healthy. Trying to keep these guys healthy is the only real issue at this point.

Re: Greer and Porter getting better and better!
The first thing Sean Payton did was to start bringing in corners......He's had good and bad choices(some of which have moved to safety) but he has consistently worked to upgrade the secondary. Having GW calling for more corners the last two drafts didn't hurt either. Our corners should be quite good for a long time to come. I'm glad that the predator came back to help last year. We really need him and he stepped up. Although, his no wrap tackle almost rubbed off on our younger players.
