This just in .....
Dungy best coach in NFC South history - NFC South Blog - ESPN Yasinskas picks Dungy as best coach ever in NFC South. Well... he was a good coach, but IMHO he did his damage in the AFC South. SP will change his mind the next few years I think. | |

Re: Who's the best coach ever in the young NFC South?
Home Team aside Sean Payton is hands down. Not to take away from Gruden, but Dungy had that team primed to win it was his defense in tampa Gruden has an Intense attitude so it worked well with what was there, Sean P went from the bottom to the top, came in to a 2-14 team turned it around to a 10-6 team were a minus a fred thomas away from possibly playing in the SB 2 seasons later has a QB 1 broken route away from an unbreakable record the following year goes 13-0 while molesting alleged best teams in the league with 40 bugers to start the season finished 16-3 in route to THE FIRST SUPER BOWL IN FRANCHISE HISTORY, and to think it only cost him $250k, that move right there I hold in regard to The Babe pointing to the fences. Thats why is and come this time next year will forever be the best coach in the NFC South
