I need some suggestions for seating in the dome. please help.
Hey guys, I mentioned in an earlier thread that i'm heading to NO for the falcons game. Im gonna be driving nearly 1000 miles and spending even more on a crap load of tickets for me and my family.
I've talked to some people about seat suggestions but I figured you all would know best. I've been looking at seats in the 101/155/156 section or 127/128/129 lower levels for around 250 a ticket. Some have told me that being that low isn't as good at it sounds. I've been told that seats in the upper level/600 are much better. Theyre also much cheaper (around 150-175 each) and since I'm buying 10 tickets I was hoping for some advice on what you would recommend. Personally, I told my family I would sit by myself in the very back and have the time of my life if that's what it came down to, but I would like everyone to have a good time and be able to see the game. Any help would be appreciated. |

Man, been a long time since I've been at the dome. From what I remember the seats in the terrace end zone are pretty bad once the action is coming your way in the red zone. I love the lower level except for right behind the goal post. That stupid net behind the goal post is a major distraction. Get yourself to the side of the immediate end zone and you should be good. On the top the same applies, get between the yards and you should have an excellent view.

Re: I need some suggestions for seating in the dome. please help.
The LOGE level (I think 200 level) is PHENOMENAL! Best seats in the dome ... Not sure about price, but if you want the best or my suggestion ... I'd say that.
UPDATE ... I just looked at STUBHUB.com ... The Loge level is ridiculously expensive ... Scratch that. Personally, I sat in Section 143 for the NFC Playoff game against Arizona last year ... Row 7, which is actually the front row (I know strange, but true) .. Anyway, not bad seats by any stretch, but I think that a little higher would actually be better. Go for that section, but look at like Row 13-20 ... I think those would be really, really good. Just look somewhere other than STUBHUB ... People have gotten NUTS with what they want to charge. Hope this helps! |

Re: I need some suggestions for seating in the dome. please help.
i sit in 636 which is upper level on the goal line. from up top you can watch plays develop and see everything on the field. ive sat in the lower level a few times and didnt like it. if your in the first couple of rows you cant see over the players. if your in the end zones you have no depth perception and cant tell how many yards they got on the play, those seats are only cool when someone is about to score in your endzone and they are terrible when teams are going away from you. loge is the best seat but waaaay too expensive. i love my seats at the top especially if you want to watch the game. on the lower level i watched the TV most of the time.

Club Sideline is the kitties titties..... can't beat them: High enough to see the whole field, and yet not too high. Most comfortable seats too.
Shopping priority should go something like: Club Sideline Club Endzone / Plaza Sideline (both as good) Terrace Sideline Plaza Endzone / Terrace Endzone (both as good) It's worth the extra price to get to the Club level.... especially if you're spending a lot to get to the game. Go all out, have fun! |

I think club and loge add a stadium fee and make them pretty pricey. LL is good, but too low sucks. I have 2 on the 10, 6 rows up. For the far red zone I am watching the big screen. I have 2 nore in the 600 level that are great.
I'd say go up top, row 16 or lower, definitely sideline |
