Have been gone a while now - work has kept me incredibly busy. I'm not going to go back and read the posts b/c I'm sure they look something like this:

"Coaches suck, Brooks sucks, No he doesn't, We suck, We're done, But what about the Jets last year? blah, blah, blah."

Let me just say this. I got a strange feeling this morning thinking about the Aints. While I don't question the huge potential for them to get killed this week, I think we could win. What's my rationale? Nothing. I have a feeling. As we all know, that's not worth ish in the real world. But let's hope... b/c this is it. We need to pull a big upset (the 3-0 Aints lost to the 0-3 Lions last season in week 4), and then beat the Bears to pull back to even. Let's hope guys, b/c lord knows we're not pulling ourselves out of a 1-4 hole this season.

funny, i had that feeling too..........but i ain\'t talking to the dog..........
what better way to miff the critics than to beat possibly the best team out there right now especially when your decimated by injuries..........
sounds good, does\'nt it........?
you did say they would throw bouman in there to throw the defense off, did\'nt you?
the good thing is we\'re not looking at manning or mcnair......
the bad thing is we\'re looking at a home boy who i always had faith in........
i\'ll go with the upset with ya on this one wd, god knows we need it....smitty

It\'s me. I never said that I wasn\'t a little crazy... bipolar from time to time.

Go Saints. I sure hope they can turn it around. I want to see them come out and play like they\'ve got nothing to lose, b/c frankly, at this point, they don\'t. Spread, no-huddle offense - use the pass (including deep outs and crosses) to set the run. On D, I want to see a bunch of crazed dogs out there. Get after Delhomme - rattle him. Yes, I think Delhomme is a good QB, but I want a Brett Favre type game out of him today (that\'s the 3 interception game type Brett Favre, not the 4 TD making the impossible look easy Brett Favre). We can hope...
