If Drew contiues get the ball out of his as fast as he does, there no worries. Bushrod will get better. That was his first full year last year.

Personally, I don't believe that Bushrod did an above average job last year. Let's not forget that was with additional blocking and lots of chip blocks from backs who were then unable to help elsewhere. Payton is a genius at getting the most out of the combination of players. Let's hope he does it again and again.
