I hope this signing becomes a rush of signings. We need to ink all of our draft choices, as well as possibly long-term deals with Pierre Thomas and Roman Harper. That would be two fewer free agents to deal with next offseason.

Re: DT Al Woods Signs 4 yr deal
If Mickey Loomis signed him to a four year deal then I think he has something serious to offer. Loomis usually knows when to sign players long term or give them a short tem deal, he must have tons of potential. We really need someone to step in next to Sedrick Ellis and help solidify the defensive front line. My guess is that GW likes what he sees and wants to see him being dominating in his system long term. I can't wait for training camp!
I hope that the tempo is set early in the trenches and we get physical early in training camp again. Last years training camp had GW written all over it. I want to see the defense bringing everything thing they have.....let it play and make sure the O line keeps Drew clean. That's my recipe for a Who Dat II! |
