But so is a gimpy Sharper. If he's only 80%, he would become ineffective and a liability. Young's weakness is his quickness or lack thereof. If he would take the Sharper crash course in reading offenses, and get a passing grade, he would do fine. He has the size and speed to be an effective defender and ball hawk in passing situations. Sharper just needs to show him how to cheat and not get caught. Pressure up front will also give our newbies a leg up in coverage.
