Here's what happened:

1. The Saints beat the $hite out of Favre and he had to have ankle surgery.

2. Childress went to Favre's house a few weeks ago to try and talk Favre into coming back sooner rather than later. He pissed Favre off and that's the reason for no call to Childress about retirement.

3. Favre's ankle is worse than first thought and will require another surgery.

4. Favre CANNOT duplicate what he did last year.

5. Favre is already the butt end of alot of jokes, yeah I'm gonna retire someday! lol

6. Everyone will try and punish him like the Saints did last year!

8. If it wasn't true why wouldn't he have said something by now? Because he's going to retire!

We have heard all this before! Blah! Blah! Blah! Will reitre, won't retire etc.

As has already been said, If I see Favre standing on the sidelines in his normal day clothes when the game kicks off against the Vikings, then I will believe he's retired, or better still if he's not even at the game then I will be convinced! But not until!

We all know what Favre's like!!!!!

Its also a possibility that he doesn't want to play the Saints again, because they are so physical, and might skip the Dolphins game as well.

The Vikings backup QB's are not that good. They will most likely lose both games, badly. Then Farve can return as a savior hero afterwards with a new $20 million deal on game 3.

Louisiana folks have never liked Mississippi QB's...not even Archie. They may pretend to...but when the lights are out and nobody else is around...they scream at the top of their lungs..."I hate Mississippi and all their famous QB's!"

Avatar Mojo....

Last year we started voting on avatar girl themes to use each month. It started around draft time, and we rode the mojo all the way to a Superbowl Win. So how can we change now? We can't. Besides, it certainly makes the board more enjoyable.

We've had over 25 members play along at some point last year. Newer members may not realize the real reason we won the whole thing was this website's avatars.

Rumor has it that the Vikings are offering him a 3 million dollar raise to return. That would be 15 million for 1 year of football on a gimp leg... I'd take that in a heartbeat.

Only when Mississippi QB's beat a Louisiana team is when the hatred boil start..
other than that, Mississippi players and other folks are aiight by us!..

Hell Mississippi holds a dominate portion of former Louisianians that just love Louisiana from a distance.

Wondering if you are going to change the girl theme tho, I mean Brees is probably going to change the chant for this year, and what if a theme starts to fail? Whats the rule for that?
