Looking ahead

Before the season, I was worried about how this team would do against its tough early season schedule: Bucs, Bears, Pack, 49ers and what looked like a good 'Skins D. Now that we have cruised through the early season, the future is cream cheese. Atlanta twice (yes, I know Vick is dangerous), Carolina twice (yes, I know about the 3-0 start, but RANDY FASANI? They have been exposed), Minnesota (yes, I know about the Randy Ratio. That explains the disdain), Baltimore (yes, I know about the dangerous D, but they can't score) and BOTH Ohio teams (yes, I can see that this has become an annoying conceit).

The only actual game we have left is Round 2 against TB. (yes, I remember the Detroit game. Any Given Sunday blah blah blah.)

The Saints have gone from being clearly underrated to a potential 15-1 team (knock on wood) that are going to be VERY overrated come playoff time. I am going to enjoy every second of the season smacking around the patsies. And then I am going to sweat bullets when all of the teams we beat in September and October come to the Superdome for revenge in the playoffs.
