Analyzing the cuts of Saints' Troy Evans, Mark Bradley, Rod Harper, and 2 others

The New Orleans Saints made some roster moves on Tuesday afternoon by releasing five players including a few that are surprising.

As the date approaches for the roster to be cut down to 75 players, it was only a matter of time before names started coming up and determining who was on the bubble. Even though the final date to have the roster at 75 isn't until August 31, the Saints made their moves early.

Waived:

~ Linebacker Troy Evans
~ Wide receiver Mark Bradley
~ Wide receiver Rod Harper
~ Defensive back Danny Gorrer
~ Offensive guard Tim Duckworth
