this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I feel the same way about the run defense. The good news is the Saints usually are able to adjust as a game progresses, so they are usually able to somewhat mask the run defense weakness....

your right mat-t we always some kinda way start pluging holes after we start bad. then we go up by 21 and there forced to go 1 dimensional.

Eventually we are going to have to have another strong DT because every team will be looking to exploit our weakness. GW is brilliant but he can only mask our deficiencies for so long with a band aid fix.
