Saints Shops/Gear Along I-20?
Hi ... I'll be passing through Northern LA this Thurs/Fri and spending the night in Shreveport. Anyone know any or the best Saints stores along I-20?
Also, where are the best stores in New Orleans? Doesn't Black and Gold have one in Metairie? Anyone know the address? Thanks everyone ... |

As a matter of fact, You might stop in Monroe and ask at a gas station. It's more likely that Monroe would have somthing before Shreveport. They are a lot more hard core Saints fans than Shreveport. Sad isn't it? That's the price we pay for holding down and living on the front lines of Cowboy Country. If I find out anything different tomorrow, I'll post it here.
You know it's funny you should ask that, I was driving around town just today, and I began to wonder if a "Saints" store would work up here. Hmmmm... |

Try some of the truck stops along the way. I've found some stuff there before. The Petro & Flying J, xit 5 & 3 respectively have gift shops, just not real sure whats in them.

Tubbs Hardware in Bossier City has some Saints gear. It is only a couple of blocks off I-20. Benton Road exit.

It is also just a block off of I-20. Airline Drive exit. Albertsons Food & Pharmacy 3047 E Texas St Bossier City, LA 71111 318-747-8997 |

Thanks everyone ... I'll be checking all of those places out. I'm always disappointed with Shreveport --- It's like cowgirls country part II and VERY annoying.
Thanks again ... |

We are trying to beat back the enemy up here. We don't get much help from our local stations. They still don't realize that we are in Louisiana. The Cowturd fans haven't raised their heads yet. I have seen VERY little Cowboys gear so far this year. I am however seeing a LOT of Saints gear. I think the tide is turning in this epic battle we are waging for the football souls of Northwest Louisiana. You will feel more welcome than ever when you wear your Saints gear up here, however don't let your guard down. The enemy spies are everywhere.
