Exactly 2 DT's on the roster today

Exactly 2 DT's on the roster today

...by my count, with Clancy, Woods, Pressley and one other whose name I forget (Ross??) all cut today. There's going to be someone else hired soon or Ellis and Ayodele are going to be mighty busy.

Am I missing something?

Edit: OK, I missed Hargrove and Wilkerson (they were listed as DL and I was looking for DT). Even so, that still looks pretty thin at the position to me, if you can use the word "thin" when talking about the DT position.

I think you are missing the fact that Hargrove and Wilkerson spend the majority of their time at DT.

Hargrove is a DT, albeit a little light.

Good point. I wonder since GW attacks instead of reacts, maybe the big fat run-stuffers aren't as needy as faster more disruptive DT's?

I don't like the run defense at this point. A lot of runs right up the middle against us all preseason. Also, not a lot of pressure on the qb, that I seen. I trust our coaches, but I certainly hope these things improve.
