The Saints terminated the contracts of running back Ladell Betts
 , defensive tackle Kendrick Clancy, offensive linemen Nick Leckey and defensive end Bobby McCray, offensive linemen Brandon Carterand linebacker Harry Coleman, cornerback Reggie Jones, defensive linemen DeMario Pressley, and Al Woods and safety Chip Vaughn.Saints Reduce Roster To 53 Active Players Among others. A little surprised with Pressley and Vaughn. |

Never was a fan of Al Woods. Vaughn has to make the P.S. Charles Scott and Herman Johnson were released from Arizona. Wouldn't mind have those guys in N.O., whether it's the P.S. or active roster. Scott is a monster at 238 lbs.

Did Blount get cut? Was hearing that it was possible he could make the team, but I didn't hear the final verdict.
