Oh, and about bandwagoners... they are about 70% of all teams! Before you get bent, I know the Saints still had a good amount of fans during the "Aints" era, but nothing like this. Get used to success!

With that said... I was in New Orleans in 87 to witness their first trip to the playoffs after a victory over the Gnats. I was at the game too. I was only 17 but I have great memories of that time.

I was also in New Orleans in 91 when they started out at 8-0 and attended a Saints/Falcons game. Unfortunately, the Saints lost, but I was rooting for them. I also saw that that rivalry is like.

IMO, strato is doing the best thing he can do...he's bugging you. You see, you've been bugging me since last year, and I'm taking great delight in seeing my fellow brothers on this forum waking up to the crap you keep coming over here and spewing and realizing what your agenda really is.

We don't like the Chargers that much. We are the Saints. We really don't like Rivers...nobody does except Charger fans and I would think that even a large percentage of them hate to see the guy go off on his tantrums.

My personal belief, and I said it last year, is that you still haven't gotten over the fact that your team/management once had Brees under contract and let him walk and now he has blossomed into one of the best QB's in the league if not the best.

Your trying to place Rivers anywhere near the same level as Brees is not accepted very well here, because so far the only thing you've got to hang your hat on regarding Rivers is predictions and misleading, bloated stats...nothing substantial like AFCCG's or SB wins.

We can all tell that it is really bugging you...and maybe you would be better served if you just went ahead and admitted it and stop pretending. I know I for one would receive you here a lot better if you would just come clean.

Thread jacking.............B4L has always been welcome here. I don't believe he has any other agenda than taking Saints football. I like more teams than just the Saints and I put him in that category. He doesn't bother me.
BTW, Singletary is just following up on his tough talk after last weeks loss when he went ballistic on his team. He's trying to show tough leadership. Unfortunately that won't work against the Saints.

I think Singletary was trying to mock the interviewer, i think he was being an A-hole and trying to motivate his players with this..
However i hope Saints see it as Locker room material and make an example out of SF.

Yes Singletary is only trying to build confidence and displace all of the media junk swirling around his team. However, this game will not a be a confidence builder for his team. Good Luck in your game the week after the Saints.

31-6 thats the only locker room material we need. we know they will come out smokin. after all the bullets fired, there done.

Singletary is pretty much fighting to save his career at this point. There are a lot of in-house problems in the 49ers organization and he hasn't been handling it well. Losses will only add fuel to that fire.

If he had kept their issues internal, they may have kept this game close or even managed a shocking victory.

But now I'm beginning to think we may see a 3 or 4 score blow-out.

P.R. isn't Singletary's strong suit and I also don't think he's good coaching material. It's as if he's too emotionally invested into his team but in a way that's detrimental to his team.

Just be a pro and give canned answers to the questions, don't try to make a point through the media's questions unless you really know what you are doing.
