this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I'm watching it right now..... It's like being stuck in gridlock traffic, and you just ate a bean burrito, with guacamole.... You know something bad is coming.........

I rewatched it, 3 times so far.
Our O and D lines were still dominated. Shanle is still slow. Gonzalez beat our CB's 4 times, and Shanle 3 times. Matt Ryan had all day to throw. Its like he knew every defensive call. What else I saw that surprised me... Vilma looked terrible, absolutely terrible. If he doesn't have have a decent D-line in front of him, he struggles. Marvin Mitchell looked very very good. He looks faster than I ever remember. We left about 21 points on the field, 24 if you count the OT miss. |

The good news is that if we played that same team 10 times, we'd win 8 of them.
We played bad, they played good. Their A-game was better than our C-game, BARELY!!! |
