Betts did a great job in Washington behind Portis never got much publicity due to the high profile Clinton Portis. The guy is a workhorse on the field no BS talk just good solid football. Plus he could fit in well with the Saints with his work ethic and dedication.

Betts is a solid veteran Ivory has a ton of potential. He needs to make som better cuts and work on securing the ball. I know this will not sit well with a lot of people here but I think Ivory might replace Thomas in a year or two. An then consider that we have to good backs on the IR also. The RB position will be very crowded nex offseason.
