Not to be a broken record, but I\'m thinking that Parcells has done more with less this season than any other coach.

I think that is because he has run out of x giants to recruit to play , and remembered he had to coach again . But seriously , he makes players better by teaching and holding them accountable to him and the other players . Parcels always seems to develop a leadership core and then goes from there .

From what I have seen so far Quincy Carter has been a prime target of his and it seems to have paid off for now .
