Band B ,
The sad part is that Brooks makes the initial read with the linebacker in the area and just assumes he will not turn around . All Brooks has to do is put some air under the ball and Boo is wide open and possibly in the end zone . Brooks takes the chance and fires the laser and he gets burned for it . Sorry , but it just seems like a really bad judgement call to me for Brooks to think the linebacker will not turn around when he could easily make the pass by throwing over him .
