Just my opinion . . .
We might better get ready for more games like the one yesterday. I think we have been in denial through the 5 games this season because the dreaded Super Bowl Hangover is alive and well in the Who Dat Nation. All of us, fans and team, have been riding on last years accompplishments. We all have a bad case of the "Big Head". We are no longer humble . . . our swagger from last year has been replaced by over-confidence. All of the Two Dat talk has clouded our focus on reality. Until we, the fans and the team, become humble we can continue to suffer many more games like yesterday. At this point we will be lucky to have a remote chance at a wild card. Just my opinion . . .

Hey Goodell . . . This year we will kick ass for free!

Yeah I've been hit with the stupid stick. But I don't feel bad because Hebert had us at 1 loss going into the Pitt game.
I hate it when reality rains on the Superbowl Hangover Parade. But this is Nawlins. Rain won't stop a parade. Let's get Sharp and Superbowl hero back on the defense and start the winning all over again! |

Been telling everyone this all along. We just don't have the same intensity as last year for all the reasons I've stated in other posts.
The main thing to remember is that we aren't going to win the Super Bowl every year from now on. As far as being out of it; c'mon, we're 3-2, the league's best record is 4-1 and that's only because those teams are getting the luck we were blessed with last year. Just relax and try to enjoy the season and hope we can make a run if we ever get all our injured players back. |

That game reminded of how saints football was played in the past. It's definately not midnight but this stagecoach is starting to turn into a pumpkin early.

I think what the whole Saints team needs is a beat-down like Mike Singletary gave Alex Smith last night. As a matter of fact, make it two!
