Ivory

im probably a little late on this but man...i like the guy. i think hes may be faster than pierre and runs with a little more power than pierre. dont get me wrong i love pt but ivory brings a different style. PT is more of a shifty slasher and ivory is the straight ahead runner we may have been missing. i hope he starts this week cause i am starting him in fantasy football

I think they each have different running styles. Ivory I think does have more top end speed than PT but I think PT is more elusive and has better balance(hard to bring down).

I picked up Ivory in my fantasy league. I already have PT also. Hopefully he runs like a mad man this week

Who doesn't like watching those hard runs but come on, he had one stellar game and a bunch of fumbles and people are comparing him to PT. He's not anywhere near that level yet. Thing is, if he keeps running like that he's going to have more fumbles.

There is a quote by Emmit Smith that goes something like you have to know when the ride is over regarding when to go down. I know he's trying to earn a spot but no reason to keep pushing with 3 defenders on you and moving everywhere but forward.

Emmit Smith may have been the best runner of all time as far as balance goes. He was also pretty solid on ball security. Ivory runs with the ball away from his body for leverage and he makes me nervous......he looks good doing it though.

Ivory still has a LOT to learn, but there is definitely the potential to be a very good back.
