You guy's all need to lighten up. This is supposed to be a fun place. Maybe because I'm relatively new here my opinion won't count for much but the continual bickering ruins this board for new members. Maybe some of the older members here should take a time out for a week or so.

I signed up for another board where people love the Saints just as much, love or hate AB, Haslett, Venturi etc. just as much but are somehow able to dicuss their opinions without insulting one another. If you think the hostility that crops up so frequently here isn't driving people away think again . I have run into members of this board who've gone looking for other places to ENJOY dicussing the Saints.

I don\'t exactly agree with the way things are run in our country, but you don\'t see me running off to Canada.

Oh....my....GAWD! :P I think I\'m starting to rub off on you. That picture reeks of of something I would post.
Superbowlbaby- it\'s nothing personal, not that I don\'t think you should take anything on a message board personally, but I am a firm believer of controlling your own actions, rather than trying to control the actions of those around you. The only time this sentiment is trumped is when the owner of a particular venue has controlled variables set in place to help moderate the actions of others. While I may or may not agree with it, it\'s not my call. But to answer your question, yes, if people are being driven away by the truckloads, the people that run this site know it. With the right software in place, you can find out ALOT about the people that frequent your site. But save the slap on the wrists, please- that\'s the moderator\'s job, not yours nor mine. It really means nothing coming from anyone who doesn\'t have that moderator title in their avatar.

I disagree that unless you are a moderator your opinion is worthless. By the way, in case you hadn\'t noticed, one of your moderators just quit because of the way some people treat each other here.

I didn\'t say we were losing members by the truckload. But remember that most people come in and look around for a while before they register. Check out some of the other boards some time . You don\'t see this kind of antagonism. You have some of the most intelligent and knowledgable fans to be found here. Why attack someone for having a different opinion than you. That\'s what these things (fan forums) are all about.
