this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; At least when our offense decides to get its head out of its A$$, we will have a pretty damn good defense to go with it. And, on another note, can someone please explain why Morestead is not kicking off? ...

On the bright side
At least when our offense decides to get its head out of its A$$, we will have a pretty damn good defense to go with it.
And, on another note, can someone please explain why Morestead is not kicking off? Did I miss that he is still injured or something? |

Also on the bright side, Hartley didn't miss any kicks.

D was very more than ok. So it couldn't get the ball back in the 4th. Probably desperate to make a big play. But take out special/trick plays and the D gave up little indeed.

I guess if we microanalyze everything then the whole organization was crap. There is and will never be a bright side. |

It surprised me that we knew Hillis would run it up our gut the whole day. And we still couldn't stop him. Same thing in the LSU game. If you can't stop them when you know they are running it three times in a row, you have a problem.

I have watched Hillis play alot this year and the guy is special. Every team has honed on him as the only threat and he continues to stroke people. I think Fujita hurt us, knowing lots of Drew's tendencies
