Horn Probably Out/Stallworth to Start!

I can't believe this is happening in such a big game!

Horn unlikely vs. Bucs
Saints coach Jim Haslett is pessimistic about Joe Horn's chances of playing against the Bucs on Sunday. Horn didn't practice for a second consecutive day Thursday because of a sore knee. The Saints are preparing Dante Stallworth for the start. Guard Kendall Jacox also didn't practice because of a sore knee and may be replaced by Montrae Holland.

Horn\'s play is eligible to be selected as the NFL Play of the Year to be awarded this February at Super Bowl XXXVIII in Houston, Texas. . . . Horn and left guard Kendyl Jacox did not practice for the second consecutive day because of knee injuries. Both are listed as questionable. . . . Defensive end Darren Howard had the pins removed from his fractured right wrist and could return to practice next week. Haslett said Howard is still three to four weeks away from playing.

I don\'t know about Jacox, but this is a big game and I think Horn will find a way to play.

I\'m worried about our D line as well, Grady is out, Smith and Sullivan are going to play but on bad knees. Yea Scotty, Horn will play unless his knee falls off. Good to see you posting again SF

Banged up and deflated from a game that we half let slip away and half got cheated out of playing against the defending Super Bowl champions who are in the heat of a division title race. This doen\'t sound real promising guys. Nor do our chances after a 3-6 start. Man, what could have been.
