Either seeing the forklift sized hole open up on the fake punt, brees thinking he was wearing a brown jersey and orange helmet or just realizing the game was well outta reach and choosing to turn the game off and play basketball instead!

Watching this team regress from the previous week was the worst. Started with the first three & out and just got worse from there... But the fake punt that almost yielded a TD was the epitome of the day.

1st and 35 was a close second, but I had to vote for the fake punt. Seeing their punter run wide open down the length of the field was one of the most helpless moments I've ever felt as a Saints fan. It looked like some kind of a bad halftime ceremony, just a nightmare.

I would actually say the Moore TD. That changed the whole game.

Watching that poor chain guy's head bounce on the ground after Roby plowed into him.
Am I the only one that saw what looked like Roby giving him a little extra forearm on impact? I know it's all happening fast, but it seemed like maybe he was taking out some of his frustration with the game on the poor fat man on the sideline.... |

Agreed. Huge momentum shift after that. If that TD stands, the Saints possibly win the game, because they were in a rhythm on that drive. I can't remember if it was the next play or what when Drew threw the pick to Fujita, but it killed their momentum and the offense played flat the rest of the game. |

If you can't afford anything else, better pay attention

I think the forearm was just a self-preservation mechanism, a reaction more than anything, not a well-thought-out thing. |
