Honestly I hear the Talking heads saying Seattle is playing good ball also.... However they also call the Giants or Jets the best team in the league and praise teams like Pittsburgh, Minnesota, New England etc....

Seattle is barely better than 500 and looking at their schedule... who they beat and who they lost too does not tell me that are all that good this year.

Their Offense is ranked 30th.
Their Defense is ranked 27th...

That being said we need to show up on Sunday to play ball. If that happens and we are not flat I am not worried.

NOW

After watching Dallas and their new found enthusiasm with their new coach... This game is something that we need to look at and look at hard. All year Dallas has not been good but had good players... Last night they looked good..except for a few mistakes.

Add that the fact we only get 3 days between Seattle and Dallas... It may be a rough one. However Detroit will be a rough one for Dallas. They are only 2-7, but most of their games to some good teams have been lost by 3-4 points.

It's not what you look at that matters, it's what you see. ~ Henry David Thoreau

Even though Seattle statistically has a poor offense, they have some guys that give me cause for concern. Mike Williams could be a tough matchup for us and their RB combo of Lynch and Forsett are good for cutbacks. I hope Hasselback can't go personally as Whitehurst is beautiful at telegraphing his throws and makes some wacky decisions.

We cannot look past this team for sure. Perhaps they are not a real good team but they have the ability to surprise. I don't want to see a repeat of the Arizona game here. We need this win to keep pace and momentum going into Thanksgiving.

It's one game at time for sure. The Saints have had 2 weeks to prepare for this game.Look for the Seahawks to get grounded and pounded this week.

Since we only have 3 days for Dallas I hope they spent some time in the last BYE week planning for that.

The plan for Dallas can definitiely be put in, in three days. I am more concerned about the bangs and bruises from Sunday afternoon being healed by Thursday. Whirlpool Sunday night and Monday morning. Travel day on Wednesday. Its going to be tight. A win over Seattle will help a lot of bruises heal faster.

I imagine that our coaches were using their bye time preparing and formulating a game plan to install after the Seattle game. However, after the way Dallas played they may have to rethink a few things. Still it's one game at a time.
