We need to stay Aggressive
It seems as though after starting as fast as I've ever seen a team start, we kinda tailed off and looked like we weren't trying to be as aggressive as when we started, this put our D in some bad spots and kept them on the field for way too long.
I believe not being as aggressive caused us to squander the 17 point lead, I'm proud of our team winning but we cannot just sit back and think o yeah we've got a good lead let's go conservative, because what's happens is exactly what Dallas did, teams make comebacks. |

Dallas made adjustments that we couldn't handle. Plain and simple.
Momentum swung when they scored first in the second half. After that New Orleans took almost a two quarter nap!! This is the part where I say - I HATE SEEING JERRY JONES HAPPY. Kudos to Malcolm Jenkins and to the offense for finding themselves again, because this loss would've been fatal. |

You're exactly right dizzle. We got up big early, and then coasted. Luckily Malcolm Jenkins made a helluva play at the end to save our asses, and the offense had an amazing drive there at the end to seal the win... but sheesh. We can't let teams get back in the game like that.

dizzle,they won.
I AGREE with you. Yes,they won and they started out scoring fast, plenty, with both sides showing up for work, but.....breakdown happened. They won. Exicitng game as always. Nail biter heart pounding headache type game. They could have really lost. I posted this on another thread the other day... One team will win and one will lose. I think of every Saints' game as a serious game. The other side is a pro team too. I want the Saints to score fast, early, plenty, and keep it going. I want Saints offense to be there and Saints defense. Both sides have to play ball. No , "Nah, let the other side do it thing." |

I agree we should have taken them out as we were scoring 3's the Cowboys were scoring TD's and our D was on the field for a helluva long time which normally a recipe for a loss we should have taken them out. GOOD WIN on all counts!!!
