His presence in this game cost us 14 pts! Lance could have received that ball and lance would have make that 7 points in the flat. reggie better wake up. Right now Im all for paying Lance Moore 8 mil a year. At least he never has rust. Bush is like holding plutonium, it could be used for amazing good or evil, Im at a loss for words |

Yea I know and we all love the guy, but hes so dangerous. Most dont get if he didnt fumble in the NFC Championship we wouldn't be in OT. But his performance VS the Cards got us there, the guy is like dynamite, he can hurt anyone, lol

Reggie Betts, I mean Bush, is the most over-rated player in Saints football history.
Sorry, he's just not that good. |

I dont agree, but I see your point Danno, Bush is the most Dangerous player in Saints football history. HE can win you a game, singe handed, or take it away.

I noticed h slipped on that pass that should have been a TD. Also Porter was slippin' quite a bit early in the game and i saw other playes do it throughout the game. Got me thinking, what kind of surface do the Cowgirls have? Is it that slippery?
Bush should hold on to the ball but blocking on that return, as it has been the last 2 years, was horrendous. We all saw against the Cardinals last year what happens if the ST actually blocks somebody, anybody. |

Gimme Julius Jones and Reggies $8 million salary to spend on another player and I'll give you Reggie Bush all day long. I'm sure he'll eventually make an exciting paly again (just like all starting RB's do) and everyone will be in love with him, but I'm over him. He's a glorified Eric Metcalf without the pro-bowls or return skills. He'd be a nice 3rd down back at minimum salary, but otherwise he can walk. |

The one thing I think gets overlooked about Reggie is the amount of attention he garners from opposing defenses. I know that's "soft" analysis, but very true. When Reggie is in the game, somebody is going to be keeping an extra eye on him. That extra attention helps the other Saint skill players get open.
Reggie is probably overpaid, but he's still a part of what makes this offense so dangerous. When he gets the ball in the open field he's more dangerous than most any player in the league. And I'll also say that at the end of last year and the first two games of this year, Reggie was running the ball MUCH differently. He was running people over, he was forcing the issue with defenders, and really looked strong with the rock. I'll admit he was awful last night, but after breaking a leg, I'm not going to throw him to the wolves after one poor game. I just hope he starts getting the ball more and shows what he did in week one. |

I agree. The Falcons will sure as hell be trying to account for him. On punt returns (Falcons huge weakness) Reggie could be a huge difference maker as well.

I don't think Reggie should take anytime off this week! He should practice catching the swing pass! I love what he does to opposing defenses and he needs to get ready for the playoffs.
