(updated) Saints still setup for a great scenario in coming weeks.
A once arrogant now humbled Buc's team that have since the Atlanta game lost to a Defense heavy Ravens sending them to (7-4),
Atlanta clawed their way to a win and now sit alone at the top of the division at (9-2), they head to Tampa bay this weekend, it's a road game but i don't think Tampa Bay's going to stop ATL's hot streak, now that they are fighting for home field where they have had the most success, they wont let Buc's stop them from making sure their road to the Superbowl is ruined. (go buc's) Saints fought off Dallas in a game we nearly lost, but Jenkins found something extra in him to change that immediately and stopped Dallas dead in their tracks, Brees got back on the field and couldn't be stopped driving smoothly down the field to close the game.. Saints now sit at (8-3) and still looking for ATL to be humbled, (it would be even better if they are humbled by a Division team btw). So everybody should become a Buc's fan this week. Saints are heading to Cincinnati a very very desperate Bengals team Well here's the scenario we're looking for in the next 2 weeks.. -Buc's upset ATL to improve to (8-4) -Atlanta gets stopped to regroup by a division rival to sit at (9-3) -Saints bash the Bengals to move just under ATL at (9-3) * ATL has tie breaker. Then Next week: -I have no confidence Carolina will beat ATL so ATL will go: (10-3) -Washington hit the pause button Tampa's Playoff ambitions: (8-5) -St. Louis will get a dose of what a healthier Saints team can dish out putting Saints at (10-3) There-after Saints recover starters and take care of the Ravens Bringing us to (11-3), then off to ATL to route the birds and rob them of their home-field chances and keep the Road to the Bowl out of Ga Dome. |

We better hope for some help out of Tampa next week.
We need the Falcons to lose one so that we can have a shot at the division if we beat them in the GA dome... |

I can picture them losing all 3 of the their road games. This lucky, last-second win with a little help from the ref crap can't last forever. I hope it rains and is below 40 in Charlotte and Seattle those weeks. Let's see those miracle 30 yard bombs then!

Win-Win Sunday in Tampa. If Atl wins, TB can just shut up and go away. If TB wins, the division is ours for the taking.
I, for one, am rooting for the tie. (that would equate to lose-lose for TB & Atl) |

And a lose for NO.... With a NO/ATL tie ad the end of the year it goes to common games. ATL has us on that one.

Way to many scenarios right now. I do however fail to see how Atlanta is going to win out. 4 of their last 5 games were won by a score or less. Total, that's 6W's by a score or less with an almost clean bill of health.
They are an average with a good QB and uncommonly good fortune. |
