Great win for Jake.

I like Jake. I think a lot of folks dislike him because he's become the posterboy for the Brooks-Bashers and the anti-Hazlet/Loomis crowd. I know I've hammered him solely for that reason.

If he had signed with an AFC team I think about 99% of us would be singing his praises joyously.

He's a fighter, and a winner, and putting all personel bias aside its impossible not to like this kid. I just wish he'd signed outside our division.

He stepped up to the plate this weekend, 2 out bottom of the 9th and he went yard!

Great game Jake. Just don't make it a habit against us.

Jake has a chance to be a good QB in the NFL. Right now Jake is AVERAGE at BEST. I congradulate Jake for the game winning drive yesterday. However, Jake threw a pass on that drive that there is no way in HELL he should have thrown. He threw it up for grabs and ANYBODY could have caught it. Luckily for Jake, his man came down with the ball. That seems to be the way the Panthers whole season has gone. Lady luck is definately smiling on the Panthers this year.

Jake has a lot of qualities that you want in your starting QB. Jake also has a LONG way to go. Make no mistake about it. Jake is in the best situation a QB could ask to be in. Great offensive line, great running back, and great defense. Give credit to Jake for pulling the game out, but in reality Jake is simply asked not to lose the game.
