If Shanle is so bad, why hasn't ANYONE beaten him out of his starting position?

Well until next year when Casillas returns from the I.R. or we find another replacement in the off-season, Shanle is who we have.

What is your problem? Shanle is third on the team in total tackles and has played two less games than Vilma. I'm sorry if he doesn't blow your skirt up, but he is doing his job. I'm sure Payton, Williams and Loomis know a bit more than you do about their personnel.
