I've been away for a awhile but i haven't seen any post from billy carpenter..what happened to him..did yall run him off..lol

Billy decided that he did not want the sponsors of this site to profit from the use of his name anymore. The owner, however, refused to let Mr. Carpenter out of his contractual obligations. In turn, Billy completed the posts which he had original agreed to write and ended his career as BillyCarpenter1.

He tried to make a comeback as a non-descript symbol, but the script on the webpage could not support it.

Now, he is only known as ThePosterFormerlyKnownAs.

He still likes the color purple, though.

That\'s not how I heard it though WW - I heard Billy was tired of posting on a board that never took it to the next level, so he demanded a trade to the Panthers board where he could post all day long about Delhomme, but the moderators refused, so Billy decided to threaten retirement. The moderators said that they wouldn\'t let him out of his contract even if he did, so Billy retired, which really surprised a lot of us considering how close he was to the all-time post record. Given his posting rate, he may have gotten there in another month or two. Now, the posting record belongs to some shmuck by the name of EmmItSmith. Too bad, Billy may have been the best pure poster this board has ever seen.

LOL, Feeling a little paranoid Billy?

Well, this is a make or break season for me. I\'ve had a rough first half of the season. I\'m feeling more healthy than I have all year. I place a lot of pressure on myself to put my best work here on B&G. For whatever reason, it just hasn\'t come together for me yet. But, with my strong faith in god and my family, I feel the sky is the limit for me. Really though, I\'ve had some good posts and if my team mates would have picked up the slack, I don\'t feel like I would be in the position of having to prove myself, like I am today-- :P :P :P



P.S. -- This is for you coach(JoeSam) I\'m starting to see the board better now. I almost own the board with my eyes - :P

Billy Brooks or Aaron Carpenter? Not quite sure what to call this soul meld that has occcured between you two. Hope it and the season works out for both..ahh.. you on the football field and the cyber field.
