The game in Baltimore is a major issue with the weather. We will have major problems if it is cold and the field is wet.

I am going to opt out of fearing the Ravens.
They are NOT better than Pit. Cin beat them, Pit beat them.... We were injured when we beat Pit. Heap is not practicing.... I refuse to fear Flacco, Bolden, or Rice. Next thing you'll be telling me we should fear the Jets. The only team that has earned any of my respect is the Pats, because they have done a lot with a very young team. So I will start to worry about any game on Feb 5th, the day before we play NE in Dallas. The talking heads have gotten to some of you. |
I voted 4-0, and I believe it is possible. I'm not prematurely throwing in the towel on any game we have left. All we need to do is play 4 quarters of football, not 1st quarter and then the last two minutes, but sixty minutes of good solid Saints football. If we do that, nobody can beat us. If our players and coaches lolly-gag around for the 2nd and 3rd quarters, we can hang it up. There is not a team left that is going to let us get away with that.

3-1. The swing will be Baltimore or Atlanta. If we play well in Baltimore, we'll have a let down in Atlanta. If we stumble in Baltimore, we'll play desperate and take care of Atlanta. I haven't seen us play consistently all season, and I think it continues. Our highs and lows will show up in that two week stretch.

I think we brain fart one game. We've been mentally flatulating for a while.

26-0. Undefeated through the next super bowl. That's as far as I can see. But take it to the bank.
|
I think we go 4-0. My biggest concern isn't with the tougher teams though (Ravens, Falcons) - it's with the Rams. Saints need to play up to our level and not to the level of our opponents.
