Saints' Stallworth suffering through rough season

METAIRIE - There aren't many defensive backs who can keep up with New Orleans Saints wide receiver Donte' Stallworth.

His 4.2-second speed in the 40-yard dash makes doing so quite difficult. Since being drafted in the first round of the 2002 draft, he's made a penchant for using his muscular 6-foot, 197-pound frame to snatch passes out of the air and race into the end zone, leaving defenders in his wake.

The frustrating problem, though, is Stallworth hasn't been on the field to make those plays often enough. A series of nagging pulled and strained leg muscles has kept Stallworth on the sidelines for five games over the past two seasons and limited him in several others.
