Road to Atlanta in a Sea of Black and Gold

I live in Atlanta and drove back today from visiting family on the gulf coast. The entire trip back I was literally surrounded by vehicles with waving Saints flags and SB winning license plates. I even passed up the WWL van north of Montgomery.

Needless to say I honked at several of the groups driving up and the WWL van. They obliged back and I got pretty amp'd just driving up in all that. I saw True Grit over the holidays and Cogburn's classic scene of him charging the group of bad guys while screaming "Fill your hands!" came to mind.

Can't wait to go to work tomorrow in my saints gear....same as I do every week, except now with a light up Santa hat. HA!

I had family here from the GC who saw the same. They're on the way back today and seeing Saints flags heading to Atlanta.

BTW dude, since you live here too - have you ever seen so much Falcons gear on people in this town before? It's funny!! I'm making fun of all my neighbors with their crispy new Falcon hats & shirts & sweaters & junk...

Enjoy it now kids - it won't fit so well after we stomp you in the playoffs.
