Saints Falcons Match up (No names) Squad vs Squad
Squad against squad with all the BS and names taken out. This is how the match up looks.
Saints Offense = 6th in NFL vs Falcons Defense 15th in NFL Saints Defense = 7th in NFL vs Falcons Offense = 13th in NFL Falcons Claim to Fame: Passing game (14th)...... Saints Passing Defense (2nd) Saints Claim to Fame: Passing Game (3rd).... Falcons Passing Defense (22nd) Falcons Rushing (8th) Saints Rushing Defense (21st) <--- I would say this is their claim to fame but their QB/Receivers get 90% of the credit for their wins in the press. My Formula for Victory We need to not turn it over and stop their Run. As stated by others and I agree. We need to take an early lead and force them to take it to the air to catch up. And tackle Damit!!!!!!!!!! |

That's why I took names out of it. Every team has weak spots, and strong spots on Offense and Defense. I wanted to look at how the squads preformed as a whole and how it compensates for those weak players.
Atlanta being 22nd in pass Defense means they have some holes in their Pass Defense we can exploit. Defending the pass is more of a one on one or two on one, where as when Defending the run the Rb has to get through the line first, and Safety's come into play along with Linebackers past the line of scrimmage.. Shanle is the "will", and will be pulled into either Pass-D or chasing from the backside. Not the Primary. Turner had 114 yards on us in week 3. That is a good game for a RB but nothing amazing. He was held to 3.8 YPC. |

Our special teams took a major crap the past few games..
Hopefully our win doesn't come down to depending on them.. Saints will most likely distance themselves and try and keep Falcons from scoring.. Matty's going to taste his team stadium turf for the first time. |
