We don\'t need Ray Lewis leadership. We need more players in line with Deuce. (Quietly outperform the rest of the league, leading by example type of thing.) I can guarantee that if there is something that needs to be said to the players on this team Deuce will speak up and make his opinion known. He just wont feel the need to go in front of the media with it to show the world what a great leader he is.
