Jeff does real well with the rotation he is in now.
Don't forget that he was the guy that stopped Willie parker on 3rd down at our one yard line, when we played the steelers. Plus his sack celebration is really really funny. |

He gets absolutely no credit in the media for forcing that fumble. 99% of all the articles just mention Turner fumbling.. As if he accidentally dropped it.

I thought he was the one that did cause the fumble. Did he do it?

You had to know it was coming when they were saying all game long how Michael Turner never fumbles. A kicker that never misses a kick, a b-baller never missing a free throw, etc. It's like the ultimate jinx when announcers say that stuff.

They were also saying that the saints have never stopped an opponent from scoring from the one yrd line in their entire history. Jaws was saying that the other team at least gets 3 points.

Jeff has been a quality depth player in the d-line rotation for the past couple years. He's got a motor on him that oushines his lack of elite size or talent. I really like our front four depth. We don't fall off alot no matter who is in. We are just missing that elite speed rusher. Will Smith is a great every down presence and gets great push, ALex Brown is a poor man's version of the same. But no one is that elite passing down guy.

I was thinking the same thing. Whevnever they say that it's almost assured to happen. They also were also talking highly of the Falcons center and what does he do, mishandle the snap and causes a turnover.

It is the ultimate jinx. Hate it when they start singing the praises of Brees cause I can feel an interception coming. Knew Turner's time was up after hearing it for the tenth time by game start. He looked like he was ready to cry at one point.
