Unsung heroes from Monday night's game
- Heath Evans - great run blocking, led the way for PT when it counted
- Patrick Robinson - great coverage and hits on special teams - the Saints holder on FG attempts - I think it is Daniel. One of the extra point snaps was real high, did a great job of getting it down. - whoever was covering Tony Gonzales |

Patrick Robinson had huge stops on special teams.
Michael Jenkins was good in coverage and batted a 3rd and long pass. Jo-lonn Dunbar had some massive run stops on Turner. Jeff Charleston stripped Turner from underneath lying on his back. Brees for over-coming 2 back-to-back picks and showing true heart. Will Smith for getting to Ryan once even while being held every play. Hartley for nailing that 52 yarder. geez; the whole team deserves the game-ball... |

Lmao Tony Gonzalez stats from Monday Night
2 Receptions for 12 Yards, massive, massive props to whoever was on him, i noticed dunbar on him a couple of times, but i think the safeties were on him the most. |

A lot of names that aren't on the radar made big plays. Shutting Gonzalez, White and Turner down, was the key to winning. And I really enjoyed watching Porter talking smack, just wish they had him on a mic 'cause I would have loved hearing what he was saying....

It wasn't any one player. I must have seen 4 or 5 different defenders on him throughout the game.

Shanle deserves some credit. He was solid. I know he doesn't make a lot of tackles but he sets up other people to do it by being where he's supposed to be when he's supposed to be there.
