Im not a big fan of negative, in fact Im all about positive, but Mora was the master of negative motivation. Nobody else should try to do it this way. "Woulda Coulda Shouda" was one of the greatest post-game speeches ever, and it sparked an angry assault on the Falcons, Rams and 49ers! that I'll never forget.

But let me tell you this, Beastie. "You dont know what we're doing. You dont watch the game film. You dont go thru the practices. You dont know. You think you know, but you dont know. and you never will."
